Due to Etsy's policies, direct links to Google Docs cannot be uploaded by sellers. Instead, we create a PDF file that includes the link to your Google Doc. After making a purchase, you can download the PDF, which serves as an access file. Simply click on the link within the PDF to access the Google Doc you have purchased.

Instructions on how to access the Google Doc are provided on the PDF file, which you can download from Etsy immediately after completing your purchase.

Unless specified otherwise, your planner will be shipped to the address associated with your Etsy/PayPal account. Please carefully review and verify the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order and during the checkout process. Note - I cannot provide refunds for packages that go missing due to an incorrect address.

It's important to understand that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. I appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.

Please keep in mind that production times may vary - on average, it takes approximately 2 weeks to complete the print, if there are currently none in stock. I do my best to provide a timely service and ensure that you receive your custom planner as soon as possible.

You can expect to receive your planner approximately two weeks after placing your order, assuming no issues arise during the printing process.

Once you place your order, our printing partner receives the notification and it is added to the production queue. Rest assured, an estimated delivery date will be provided to you upon placing your order on Etsy. I will do everything within my power to ensure a smooth production and delivery process to get your planner to you in a timely manner.

Cancellations are accepted for physical planners only within a timeframe of 6 hours after placing the order.

Please note that cancellations are not permitted for my digital products.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you

1. After your purchase, you will receive a PDF file. This file serves as your access point to your digital template.
2. Save the PDF file to your computer. Once it's saved, open the PDF file.
3. Inside the PDF, you will typically find a button. Click on this button.
4. Clicking the button will direct you to the location where your template is stored. In many cases, you'll be prompted to make a copy of the template.
5. Making a copy allows you to own and customise the template to suit your specific business needs.

How to find your purchase:

If you checked out as a guest

You should have received a receipt email after your purchase.
In that email, you will find a link to download your digital template. Simply click on that link to access your download.

If you have an Etsy account - Log in to your Etsy account

Click on the down arrow beside your profile image in the top right-hand corner.
Select 'Purchases and Reviews' from the dropdown menu.
Find the order in question under the 'purchases' link.
There, you'll see a 'download files' button.
Please note that it's best to do this on a desktop or laptop, as the button may not be visible on mobile devices.
